The incumbent serves as an Information Specialist and will be responsible performing work, independently or as a member of a team, on a Service First Mobile Geographic Information (S1 Mobile GIS) team, empowering public and decision-makers with information using Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) ArcGIS Platform (ESRI Mobile, Desktop and Server in a variety of areas including systems analysis, database, mobile and server application development, applying analytical reasoning to develop curriculum for field data collection, customer support, and customer business requirements.
